All-Around Product Inspection
IMAGE 360 G2 is used for all-around inspection of labels, containers and products on conveyor lines. The system is suitable for round products such as bottles, cans, cups, tubes and jars and also supports container verification before filling.

Operating principle
Four-Camera Image Processing
Four cameras capture the container from different angles. Image processing combines the images, analyses shapes and colours, and compares the results with defined reference values. Detected deviations can be flagged for review, sorting or rejection, while process data is available for analysis and optimisation.
