Operating principle

Servo-Driven Rotating Cam

The system uses a servo-driven rotating cam to reject or distribute containers. It automatically adapts to different conveyor speeds, and the transfer distance can be defined through the cam rotation speed.

BBULL BRUSH OFF SERVO (BOS) - Benefits

Benefits

  • Servo technology supports precise rejection and distribution movement.
  • The rotating-cam concept is positioned as low-wear and maintenance-friendly.
  • High reject rates are supported because the cam is ready for the next reject after 180-degree rotation.
  • The transfer distance can be adapted through the cam rotation speed.
  • Operation without compressed air reduces pneumatic infrastructure requirements.
