A missing bottle or an incorrect closure can affect the quality of a packed crate. PACKVISION VK inspects full crates for these deviations, as well as lying or broken bottles and incorrect crate colours. As part of the PACKVISION family, it helps identify faulty packs before subsequent production steps.

Operating principle
Top-down camera inspection with a 3D option
The MONO inspection bridge captures top-down images with one camera and evaluates them using full crate inspection software. Integrated illumination and compact construction support integration into existing lines. For additional height checks, the full-crate 3D option adds STEREO hardware and a 3D software module. The optional FRESNEL inspection bridge reduces perspective distortion and improves image capture near the edges.
